When booking your flights, we recommend flying into either Orlando International Airport (MCO) or Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB). MLB is conveniently located just 10–15 minutes from the Eau Gallie Yacht Club, making Uber and Lyft great transportation options. MCO offers a wider selection of direct flights from across the country and is approximately one hour from the Eau Gallie Yacht Club. If flying into MCO, we recommend renting a car or arranging transportation to your place of stay in advance, though Uber and Lyft are also readily available!

Once you are in the Melbourne area, ride-sharing services are readily available and easy to use. If traveling from Orlando International Airport (MCO), renting a car can be helpful for the drive into town and for exploring the area. If you prefer not to rent a car, we recommend scheduling your ride share in advance of your flight landing in Orlando, as unscheduled Uber and Lyft rides may involve a wait.

Our ceremony will take place outdoors overlooking the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour with the same waterfront views. The reception will then move indoors to the Terrace Ballroom for dinner and dancing.

The wedding dress code is black tie optional. We encourage everyone to dress their best! For men, suits with ties or bowties are preferred. For women, gowns, cocktail dresses, or jumpsuits are welcome. For Cocktails with the Couple on Friday evening, the attire is cocktail & coastal chic.

February on Florida’s Space Coast is typically beautiful. Average temperatures range from the low 60s in the evening to the mid-70s during the day. Both Cocktails with the Couple on Friday and the ceremony and cocktail hour on Saturday will take place outdoors, so we recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket for the evening.

We recommend the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront as our preferred hotel for the wedding weekend. The hotel is located just 6 minutes from the Eau Gallie Yacht Club, and transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue on Saturday and back following the reception. As the weekend falls over Presidents Day weekend, we encourage guests to book accommodations early.

Yes! Bus transportation will be provided from our preferred hotel, the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront, to the Eau Gallie Yacht Club on Saturday. Buses will also bring guests back to the hotel following the reception later that evening. More details to come.

Yes! There will be an open bar at both Cocktails with the Couple on Friday evening and the wedding reception on Saturday.
